Join Terri Dermo as she takes us through 30 minutes of a combination of chair yoga and gentle slow flow yoga classes.  These classes are perfect for those brand new to yoga and perhaps have joint/mobility issues. Yoga is an excellent way to bring length and strength back to muscles, improve balance, reduce stress and improve circulation.
